Jellyfish UFO Inspired 3D Printable Miniature

This 32mm scale miniature is designed to be printed out on FFF/FDM printers using minimal support material. Start by downloading the zip file below:

It contains two folders – one has the pieces that need support enabled to print correctly and the other one has the pieces that do not need support material to print correctly. For the most part, you should not need any special settings for printing these pieces. Each piece needs to be printed once.

If you are looking for some miniatures to go with this one, check out my Coordinator Alliance STL files.

Assembling the Miniature

Start by gluing the two halves of the torso together and then attaching the whole piece to the tail mounted on the hex stand.

For each of the legs, assemble the top half and bottom half together as shown below. Beveled edges face towards the front of the miniature.

Then, glue the detail pieces to the inside of the leg. Once again, beveled edges will point towards the front of the miniature.

With the two legs and the torso assembled, attach the legs so that the beveled edges face forward. Glue a plasma cannon on the top of the canopy and then glue a cannon on the top winglets of the legs as shown in the final image below.
