Game: Battletech
Today, we are diving into the archives of Battletech games to look at the collectible miniatures version of universe. Mechwarrior Dark Age/Age of Destruction was created by Wizkids in the early 2000’s.
Following in the footsteps of Earlier Clix games like Mage Knight and Heroclix, the game seemed to play much more like those games than Battletech. This somewhat divisive game did manage to find an audience for a few years and it had a robust tournament scene until around 2005 to 2006.
